What Each Service Includes
One time
East of Infinity Films website
$750A website for the production company, with the films, the company story, press and a contact for festivals and partners. Friends and family price: $750, half the usual $1,500.
Elle Army website
$750Your own site as a producer, with your credits, bio, headshots and press, and a way for press and partners to reach you. Friends and family price: $750, half the usual $1,500.
Monthly
Public relations
$1,000 a monthOne monthly retainer for you, East of Infinity and the films you produce. We set your pitching schedule, pitch you to the film press and podcasts, and put you forward as a producer for panels, conferences and festival events. Every pitch and placement shows on your dashboard.
How the First Weeks Go
Week 1
Kickoff
We gather your bio, credits, headshots and past press, and your dashboard opens at ellearmy.thegaygency.com.
Week 2
Your pitching schedule
The outlets, podcasts, panels and events we'll pitch you to, and when, agreed with you before the first pitch goes out.
Weeks 2 to 6
Both websites
East of Infinity Films and your personal site, each approved by you before it goes live.
Every month
Pitching on schedule
Pitches go out on the schedule and every placement shows on your dashboard. Each month you get a short check-in form and a written plan, with a call every quarter.
Your plan decides which of these steps are included.
What We Build Around
- Producer first. Every pitch introduces you as a producer, with your acting career as the backstory.
- One schedule for every name. You, East of Infinity and your films are pitched from one plan, so the pitches never compete.
- Each film's team is in the loop. Pitches about a film are cleared with its team and distributor before they go out.
How Billing Works
- Projects. A project of $5,000 or more is billed half at the start and half on delivery. A smaller project is paid in full at the start.
- Monthly services. Billed each month on the day they started. They start the day you sign, or, when a project has to come first (like the website before ads), the day you approve that project. Three-month minimum, then month to month with 10 days' notice.
- The new client offer. Prepay the three-month minimum and the fourth month is half off.
- Your accounts. Your website, email, ad accounts and domain stay in your name. You own all of it.
